A week with Pete the Cat 

After reading several Pete the Cat books. We practiced retelling a familiar story by using our sequence sheets. We had a great time doing this and the story is VERY familiar now.  You might have seen the sequencing sheets come home.  If you still have yours ask your child to tell you the story!

We also enjoyed reading our literacy book "Pete the Cat I love my shoes"

With this book we talked about lowercase and uppercase letters and which ones go together. We are learning to write our names with only 1 uppercase letter at the beginning of the name.

We even made our own healthy snacks.
